Gong Fu Cha Tray designed for Länggass - Tee in Bern as part of their 30th year anniversary celebration.

The brief was to design a modern version of the traditional Gong Fu Cha tray. A piece for everyday use. Made in Switzerland with locally sourced wood.

Simplicity and functionality stand at the centre of the design which was inspired by the beauty and texture of timber elements of old Asian temples.

The wooden grill has been oiled instead of lacquered, to allow each piece to develop it’s own character and personal tea story.
